Our Founder
John is the former President and Chief Operating Officer of GTSI Corp., a $1 Billion government contractor. He led a successful continuous change program there,
using Six Sigma to cut costs and boost productivity and quality.
Before joining GTSI, John served for 8 years as the Senate-confirmed Administrator of the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs in the White House and as
SBA's General Counsel. He was a consistent leader on regulatory reform, information policy and small business issues. At SBA, he implemented significant reform
and plain language initiatives that boosted both effectiveness and employee morale.
John holds degrees from Georgetown University and The Yale Law School. He serves on the Board of the Center for Plain Language, The Leatherback Trust and The
Global CAUSE Foundation.
